Dafna Maimon

Human Comma Being, the Dinner

9th August at 6pm

Maimon’s recent video and performance hybrid project HUMAN COMMA BEING is concerned with identity constructions that challenge definitions of the human, the self, the other and the alter ego. At Agora the artist will stage THE DINNER which will form the newest phase of the project in which the audience can literally consume its own evolutionary past. The performance will create a kind of arch between a beginning and a possible end propelled by mans excessive behaviours. This larger project unfolds over several performances, and filmed events that will eventually form a docufiction film.
